File Conversion problem

When I try to open a form on an internet site (IRS for example) a box comes
up and has options for "File Conversion" settings. I have setting on Word,
english, etc.
The form is not readable, it is a bunch of symbols and not at all what it
should be.

Are you sure the for was created in English? Have you contacted the form's
owner/originator?
