File Conversion window opens when merging from Contacts

When merging from Outlook Contacts to a Word file, the File Conversion window
opens in Word after clicking OK in the Outlook Mail Merge window. It is
defaulted to Unicode and I have to click OK to continue the merge process.
This window did not show up when we had the Windows 2000 OS and Office suite.
