file created in visio 2000 not printing correctly in visio 2003

hi,
i created a file with visio 2000 uninstall visio 2000 and install visio 2003
tryed to print the same file "the file was printing ok before i install visio
2003" now its not printing correctly. i need any help i can get now

Make sure you have downloaded and installed Service Pack 2 for Visio 2003.
That addresses a number of printing problems.
