File Does Not Open

I received and installed Project Standard 2002 yesterday,
and immediately created a new project file. Things went
well until I saved and closed the file. When I came back
to it later, Project gave one of two error messages.
Either 1)it could not find the file in the directory (as
if it had been moved or renamed, which it had not), or 2)
it did not have access to the file. I see from support
issues that this problem occurred when trying to open
files from older versions of Project, but this was a new
file created in Project 2002. Help?

Thanks Robert. I did figure out the problem and it had
nothing to do with the version. I was saving my file on
our inhouse network, where all internal files are saved
for storage and archiving purposes(regardless of software
used). When I moved the file to my hard drive it opened.
Anybody have an idea how to make it cooperate with the
network? I do not want to install Project 2002 there or
have it used by anyone else, I just need to save my files
on the network system and be able to work with them myself.
