Hello everyone,
General:
99.9% of my users are on XP SP2 platform. We're starting to roll out MS
Office 2003 (SP1) on all our systems. Thus far, I've had 7 out of 900 users
experiencing a weird prompt when using MS Outlook 2003.
Specifics:
When these 7 users launch Outlook, it comes up just fine. As long as they
are navigating from folder to folder, within their Mailbox, they are fine,
but as soon as they click on the "Outlook Today" page, and then decided to
try to open up the content of folder, in PST file, they would get pop-up
windows with the following prompt:
File Download - Security Warning.
Do you want to open or save this file?
Name: msoBBD.tmp
Type: Unknown File type, 15 bytes
From: Outlook:00000000B9503184BCFD411828A00306...
Options: OPEN SAVE CLOSE
Has anyone seen this?
As long as the user selectes CLOSE, the content of the folder will open up
just fine.
Please advise,
KidAce
