File Download Warning, When opening MS Access Files

I'm running MS Access 2002. When I open a file by clicing on it, I receive
a message.

A box opens up on the screen, it is titled File Download and it has the
following message.

Some file can harm your computer. If the file information below looks
suspicious or you do not fullt trust the source, do not open or save this
file. It then provides the filename, type and it location. It ask if I
would like to Open, Save, Cancel or more info. If I open it, it opens the
file but the same box comes up again, right afterwards.

How do I get rid of this?

Ok, I figured out what was going on my mdb files were associated with
internet explorer and not access.
