"File error: data may havee been lost" error message

For the last few months I get the above error message everytime I try to open
a file. It hasn't been a problem because the files actually have all the
data. However, when I move several worksheets in to one file, then when I
open the file I get the message for each worksheet and it becomes truly
annoying. Can anyone suggest what is causing the problem and how to get rid
of the error message?

Thanks
Rusty

What is the file size of the workbook after you have added the worksheets?
Though I have found nothing specific in this regards, but I have found when
working with files that's larger than 20MBs, it's generally a good idea to
split the workbook into multiple workbooks. Of course, most of my workbooks
tends to be calculation intensive as opposed to data intensive.
