file error

all my excell,word,powerpoint, and also adobe...file are missing... only have
name of the file. when open the file just have word.. DATA Error [47 0F 94 93
F4 K5].

how i can get back all my document????

If you neglected to make periodic file backups,
it seems you have little options to recover them.
