File errors. Some number format may have been lost.

Hi,
My supervisor was asking me regarding a file error.
This is the file error message when opening a file:
"File errors. Some number format may have been lost."

This occurs everytime she opens a excel file from saved by others.
All systems are using Excel 2003 updated to latest SP2.
But only one specific system is having the error message problem.
Other systems do not show this error.

Where does the problem lie?
