File Extensions

Is there any way of editing which file extensions are blocked/ignored by
Groove? File extensions aren't a 100% reliable way of knowing a file's type
since one extension can be used by different applications for digfferent
file types.

I have looked in the registry and can't find any obvious settings.

Dear Eliziko,

Based on my research, so far if we want to modify the file extensions for
blocking/ingnoring by Groove, then we should go to the Groove Manager or
Groove Enterprise service, then in the Identity Policy and Security tab, you
can modify the file extension name from "Blocked Files".

Thanks

I cannot find the 'Groove Manager' or 'Groove Enterprise'... can you tell me
where they are?

If I go to Options|Preferences on the Launch Bar and then click on the
Security Tab there is an option to un-check 'Block restricted file types'.
However, I want to not only change the 'blocked files' but also the
'excluded' files.

Any ideas?
