File Folder fills whole Screen

I was working in Excel today I went to "File" "Open" Then I hit
something by accedent and the folder now fills the whole screen. How
do I get this back to a smaller window?

Double-click on the Title bar of the window. Or right-click and select
"restore".

I reckon you accidentally clicked of it and onto 'View' then zoom and
'Fit selection'.

Just click on 'view', 'Zoom' and '100%'
