S
Splat
We use architectural , structural , civil, landscape drawings in our line of
work and typically the file formats are or have been: tif, cal, pdf etc.... ,
BUT now, thanks to Office we are starting to get mdi formats. They are a
problem as we can't "spool" this type of format to a plotter. They have to
be sent one by one (hundreds of drawings take hours even days this way) ,
whereas with the above formats we can spool hundreds of drawings to a plotter
and get on with something else. We can't find a batch converter to convert
them to a usable format. As far as I can see this format is intended for
FAX type info. Is there a batch convert utility to convert mdi to tif ? If
so, please let me know. We are getting to be days behind on schedules.
