Hi,
Not sure if anyone can help as I cannot be too specific but we have regular
problems with a team of three who work on Excel 2000 (on Windows XP SP2 - PC
is a P4 running 512mb) and have problems. They come up against "File format
not valid" errors after working/saving a file or it deletes rows they have
put in or it just doesn't save the work they did.
Now I cannot vouch for the last two issues as they assure me they have saved
the file but are missing work. But the first issue of the "file
format......" I have seen and it regularly happens to them. Their
spreadsheets are only about 7MB in total but generally have many sheets and
rows.
Any advise to an IT prof appreciated although I'm not an Excel guru hence my
request.
Many thanks in advance.
Mike
