File in Excel does not open

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I can all files in Excel but one. It just won't open. Plse Help!!!!

Is there any way you could send me a copy of the file, or does it contain
confidential information? Without an actual file to investigate it's really
impossible to know what the problem might be.
