File in use by another application or user

A user can successfully post an Infopath form to the desired sharepoint form
lib, but when she re-opens the form, she gets the following:

InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
The form cannot be submitted to the following location:
http://portal.millerjohnson.com/sites/isd/helpdesk/WorkOrder/421.xml
The file is in use by another application or user.

One user has this issue, running XP sp1, otherwise the same as other
machines without this issue.

Kalyan,

More info:

* Tested as Local Admin, authenticated to SPPS as developer worked fine.
* Tested using test login (non-admin), authenticated to SPPS as test login,
failed (couldnt open the form - expected this).
* Tested again using test login, authenticated to SPPS as developer, SUCCESS!
* Tested logged in as user, Authenticated as user, failed.

So, it appears to be a security issue, not a concurrence issue.

Has anyone gotten any further with this error? Like a lot of other people we
are in a testing phase with this product submitting to SPS, but if it keeps
giving us this error it would be useless to us. Everywhere I have searched I
have found a couple supposive solutions (reghacks, hotfixes, etc) but to no
avail. I'm Just getting frusterated because if the error didnt exist we would
be able to impliement and go live.

YEDi,

Only one user is having this issue. The only thing I can think of is
starting a support incident w/ MS.

What percentage of users are getting this error?

Right now everyone that we have tested it with has recieved the error (3
total so far). I am tempted to start a support incident but we are not a
select partner and dunno about the cost.

Right now we are testing and all the people so far involved (3 total) have
recieved the error. I am tempted to open up a support ticket with MS, I am
just not sure on the cost because we aren't a select partner.
