I created a template that is saved on a network folder. This folder is
read-only to most staff to protect the templates from accidental overwrite. I
created a new document using the template and saved this document to another
drive. When I open the document that was based on the template, I get a
message box indicating that the file is in use by another user (referring to
the template).
How do I stop this from happening? I don't want my staff to be confused by a
warning message box that has nothing to do with the document they are working
on.
