"File in Use" notification when not applicable

All,

My project plan is stored on a network share drive. I am
trying to open my project plan but it prompts me that I
already have it open. Other users are getting the same
message, that I have the project plan open.

Things I have done:
I verified that I am not logged in anywhere else on the
network.
I rebotted my machine. No luck!

Can someone please tell me if there is a way to unlock the
file?
