File locking error

I have incorrect notification saying it was locked by me when opening a
specific word file on share drive. Actually the file was opened by my
colleague at the time. I can have correct notification if I saved the file to
a new copy.

Possibly there is an abandoned locking file in the shared folder. With all
users off the shared folder, open it and making sure that you have enabled
'View System and Hidden files', search and delete all temp files.
