File missing : Swflash.ocx with Office 2003

When attempting to start an interactive tutorial on Microsoft Office Online,
I am getting a Warning - File missing: Swflash.ocx. I cannot find the file
or Flash.exe on the CD or my hard drive. The message says the file is
critical, but the tutorial seems to run without. I have tried Repair and
Detect and updating. What now?
