File name embeded in a footer

I am trying to create a templete for our office so that the file name is
automatically embeded into the footer after a new documents is saved no
matter who uses it. Is that possible?

You can insert a { FILENAME } field into the footer.

I am inserting the the filename in the template- but the filename doesn't
change as I use that template for different letters..... what am I doing
wrong?
