We have had to set up an existing user with a new name and needto import her
old Outlook Express messages into Outlook, (using her new user name). We
have succesfully exported her Outlook Express messages but have no idea of
the file name. Outlook, using her new user name , cannot find the exported
file since it doesn't know to look in her old user name folders. Hope you
