File Name Too Long For Recycle Bin - Cannot Delete

Help!!!

Somehow when transferring old emails from one IBM T40 to the My Documents folder on another, identical, IBM T40, much of the body of the text of an old Outllook email message somehow became part of the file name. XP will not let me delete the file and gives me an error message that the file name is too long for the Recycle Bin ... and it will not let me rename it or move it either. It is in a subfolder of My Documents and I have tried deleting all of the folders above it as well and I get the same message.

I have been on the phone for several hours with IBM Techinical Support and they have no solution as well, other than to call Microsoft.

Have you tried Shift-Del to delete while bypassing the recycle bin?

You may also want to try the following: http://www.heidi.ie/eraser/
