We're trying to print documents to a centralized server
system that creates PDF files (Helios PDFHandshake). When
printing from the PC, we get the words "Microsoft Word - "
appended to the beginning of the file name. Because the
files are being PDF'd on a Mac, this causes the names to
truncate.
Does anyone know of a way to turn this feature off? Is
there a registry setting?
Thanx for any help you can provide.
