File names and locations

I'm new to Outlook and have loaded it onto a new computer running Windows 7
so that I can sync my Blackberry to it. I am going to install it on to
another XP machine and would like to be able to copy the files for the
contacts, calendar, email folders, etc to the new machine. Can anyone tell
me the file names and possible locations that I would need to move the data
to another machine?

Look for pst-files. You can look up your currently connected pst-files and
their paths via;
File-> Data File Management...
