File/New to open User Templates Folder ?

Is it possible to change the Excel 2002's "File/New" behaviour to that
of Excel 97's, that is to make it open the "User Templates" folder
directly, without having to select "General templates..." in the New
Workbook Pane ?

Or, even better, to redefine the "New" of the Standart
toolbar to do this, i.e. to open the "User Templates" folder ?
