File not found in forms of Enterprise global

In order to check if a new form is working (name="frmReport"), I have
renamed the old form in Enterprise Global as "frmReporta" and then using the
Import command the new form was imported with the name "frmRFeport". After
some tests I have removed the new form and renamed the old form to
"frmReport" again.
After that when I open Enterprise Global I see a message "File not found"
and when I am in VBA environment then in forms there is the name of
frmReprot but I cannot access the form, I cannot delete the form, I cannot
refer to the form from the modules. I have always the same message "File not
found".
In Organizer there is no form in Enterprise Global.

Can anyone help with this issue?
