file not found message DVZAddin.dll. How to correct

I get this message each time I open a word file. How do I correct this?

An oldie but goodie... ask Google about DVZAddin and you'll get about 22000
hits, most of them asking the same question.

A good answer is at
http://www.wiredbox.net/Forum/Threa..._Microsoft_Office_Microsoft_Visual_Basic.aspx

In summary: At some time you had installed Documents-To-Go from DataViz (thus
the DVZ initials). It installs a template, probably named DVZAddin.dot, in the
Word startup folder (by default, %appdata%\Microsoft\Word\Startup), and that
template tries to load the dll.

If you uninstalled Documents-To-Go, that removed the dll but not the template,
so now Word wants to load a program that isn't there. The solution is to remove
the template.
