file not found updated

Hi I've installed office pro 2003.But whenever I try to
open any document in excel,word any app. In word It
simply says "file name" not found.In word when this
happens and I try to close the app it says do you want to
save changes in global template(for no reason).In power
point it says powerpoint can't read"full path\file name".
In excel it says excel found a problem with your virus
scanner(this could be of some importance I've got network
associate's virus scanner). I can make a new file and
save it but again when I try to open it again there's
same problem.I tried updates etc. help files but got
nothing.Even tried the repair product option twice
without success.I don't know what to do. Please help.
