File of MS PROJECT 2000 NOT OPENING IN MS PROJECT 98

Hi,
I am trying to open file of msp 2000 from msp 98.Please suggest me it is not getting opened.

I'm afraid you can't : that's not possible :-(
No problem in the reverse order...

Sekhar,
Ask the person who gave you the Project 2000 file to use "Save As" and
save it in Project 98 format. Then you will be able to open it.
