File Open Dialog - dissallow dir change?

I'm using adh_accOfficeGetFileNameInfo to allow users to pick files in a
directory. I don't see a flag that dissallows changing the dir. I don't
mean the adhcGfniNoChangeDir flag, which maintains the original dir as
the current dir. Anyone know if I can do this?
