File-Open Group By: box - default

Is there a way to have the Group By: box default to one of the Enterprise
Project Outline Codes? It currently defaults to blank and this is confusing
people as we have setup an outline code that organizes all the projects by
department. Our users have to select the drop box and pick a code to see
the sorted list.

I am not aware of any default method to force the Open dialog box to group
by a particular outline code. Because of this, I recommend you simply make
this a training issue for your project managers. Hope this helps.

Another, much richer option, is to open projects from Project Center views
in Project Web Access.
