File path name

I use Onenote 2007 for all my note taking and really like the program. I
just have one problem. When I am scrolling my mouse or pen over the folder
name in the navigation panel it shows in yellow the path of the file
c:\...... Is there a way you can turn off that function.

Why might that be a problem??
I really don't understand :-( :-(

It's just the normal behaviour of Win to show the so-called
"Balloon-Tips".
You may try to turn that off in the general settings of Win.
