File, Print does NOT give me option of printer

The FILE PRINT option in the menu bar does not work
properly. When I select it using the pulldown menu
options, it automatically sends the request to whatever
printer I set as my default printer. It also prints 4
copies each time. I have deleted the printers and removed
any reference to the printer in regedit. I also attempted
reinstalling Office2000 and that did not resolve it either.
What's next?

Have you looked in Tools | Macro | Macros to see if there is a macro named
FilePrint that is intercepting the Print command?
