File Reservation

Background:

Windows 2003 Server
Citrix Metaframe XP
Office 97

When we open Excel 97 now and someone allready has it
open we receive this message:

File Reservation
'PERSONAL.XLS' is being modified by
Users name

Open as Read-Only, or choose Notify to be alerted when it
is available.

This just started happening and was working fine before.

Any help would be appreciated.
