File Save As Type

I have a 1-page Visio 2002 flow chart with embedded object files (Excel,
Word) and several hyperlinks to web docs. I want to email this file to end
users who do not have MS Visio installed. What file type should I save as to
maintain the links and embedded objects such that end users can simply
copy/paste or attach/insert the file into other applications such as Word,
Excel, Powerpoint or Lotus Notes?
Thanks

Hi Mogll,

You can export the file as an image or as a metafile, but then it will
be static. You won't be able to play with any of the pieces.

Your users can download a free Visio Viewer and be able to see and
interact to some extent with the file, but they won't be able to copy
and paste bits from it, other than by doing screen shots of portions of
the file.

If you yourself paste Visio objects into a Word document, the
information will be saved, even for users that don't have Visio
installed. But users that don't have Visio will only see an
image/metafile of the Visio drawing when they open the doc.
