File-SendTo-MailRecipient works in Win2K & upgraded XP but not new

On PCs upgraded to XP (from Win2K) as well as existing Win 2000 PCs in the
building have the option File-SendTo-Mail Recipient in Word (Office 2000)
available. All users with new (not upgraded) XP SP2 PCs don't have the
option to do that. How can the XP SP2 users get that option back? We use
Lotus Notes as our mail client. mapi32.dll exists in \windows\system32
folder on both XP and Win2K PCs.

Thank you.

Did you install Microsoft Word on the new PCs?

All of the PCs have Office 2000 installed and, therefore, Word 2000 as well.
All service packs, etc. applied to all, too.
