File sharing copy in name

I have 2 people trying to do file sharing for the first time. When i make a
change to the file, it saves it, but also creates a copy with the other
person's name on it. I thought the file would be syncronized automatically.

Groove will make a named copy, as you describe above, if the file is open in
multiple places and is saved with changes. Groove does not handle merge
conflics at the document line level, only at the whole document level.

To avoid this problem, open the file only when needed.
