File Sharing Lock Count

I need to resolved the following problem. WHen i am saving the database
this message comes up. and is not letting me save the database.

File Sharing Lock count exceeded Increase Maxlocks per file registry
entry.


I need a wat to resolve this problem thankz wilfer
