Does a "File Sharing Workspace" utilize the public relays in the same manner
as the "Files Tool" workspace? In otherwords, if I'm the only person in a
"File Sharing Workspace" (no one else in my group is online to sync changes
with) and am also connected to the internet, will my changes be saved up to
the public relays so that when someone else in my group goes online, the
changes will be sync'd back down to them from the public relays?
(The "Files Tool" has been working great for the last few years, but we
considering moving everything to "File Sharing Workspaces" to get more robust
search capabilities, but will make the move only if the public relays are
handling the sychronization between users.)
