Hi,

I have an IP 2003 form that is interlinked with a SP Doc Library. For some
reason, when some users submit a form, it comes through with a 0 data size,
and the form XML cannot be viewed. These forms are for customer requests, so
we lose data here that directly effects our customers.

I haven't been able to locate much info online about this error, so any
suggestions are appreciated!

Hi Swathi Ji,

Forgive my ignorance, when you say "Verify I have published the correct
xsn", how do I verify that? I design a form, and publish it to the SharePoint
Library.

The data connection is working for roughly 98% of the time. Users initiate
the data connection via a Submit Button on the form.
