File size

[Bill Quinton]

I create and save a new Project. File size about 0.75 Mb.
I do a minor edit a few days later, and save. File size
becomes 1.5 Mb. Two days later, 2.25 Mb. And so on. I only
have so much disk space. It must be saving the previous
versions embedded in the new one. Can anyone tell me how
to stop that happening?

Thanks for that. Your FAQ solves my problem.

Is this caused by a fault in the Project core program, or
something to do with interfacing in my pc?

I really don't know, Bill :-( I guess it's a combination of programs,
databases, server settings, networks, OS, etc. MS hasn't told us the whys!
