File sync issues

Hi,

Has anyone come across a file in a workspace which has reverted to an older
version?

I had a use who was working on several files (word, excel, Powerpoint) and
saved them as well as saved in Groove after the prompts.

Upon returning to the files a few days later, they reverted to an older
version. The workspace was shared by 2 other users. Would this have been
caused by another user's account somehow?

This is for Groove 3.1.

To add to the twist, I also just learned that one of the users has Groove
2007 installed using the 3.1 workspace.

The 'Co-editing of Word documents' is no longer available in the new Grv 2007
version. (see pg. 2 of the Groove 2007 User Guide).
Having clients with Grv 3.1 & Grv 2007 versions in the same workspace
doesn't guarantee it either.
