We are stumped. We have synchronization manger enabled on
2 laptops XP Pro with Office XP. The user log on to our
network and files sync; the user can see all the files in
the shares under MY Computer. When the users opens word
and goes to open a file as he opens a file the computer
appears to go offline and only his offline folders are
available to him. The computer still receives email,
internet and browse network, but nothing but offline
folders. Thanks for any help
