File Too Large

I have a text file that has over 130,000 entries in it. When I try to convert it and open in Excel, only the first 65,000 or so rows will open. When I try to open the file beginning at row 65,000 I get an error message saying that the integer is not valid. Help! This information needs to be processed immediately.
