File unavailable

I can't open a single file without this coming up. It
will let me make a word file but once you save and reopen
say's samething FILE UNAVAILABLE. I was wondering if
anyone else is having the same problem?

Hi Mike,

Typically this is caused by an option in Norton called the Office
Plug-in. In Norton go to Norton Options and in the Miscellaneous
section turn off "Enable Office Plug-in".
