File Upload component is incorrectly configured

I have created a form and I want the result transferred to an e-mail. When I
test the page in IE it shows the following error message.
Form Validation Error
Please correct the information you provided by following these steps, then
submit the information again:

A FrontPage File Upload component is incorrectly configured. Please set the
MIME encoding type for the form to be multipart/form-data.
How can I do that?
Can somebody help please.

You can't, your host must do it on their server
