File uploads

[File Upload problems]

I want to design a website where user can upload adverts of their products
and photos. I want then this posting to be displayed in Home page product
name, description, photo.
How best can I do this in Frontpage. I am using frontpage 2000. I have
looked for file upload form field but not availalbe.

FP2000 doesn't have any support for file uploading. Requires FP2002 / 2003 and your site must be
hosted on a Windows IIS web server with the FP2002 extensions, as well as the web host must allow
you to use the File Upload feature.
