File what won't go away

I have a series of Franklin Covey Installation files in my folder list. I
can't open them, close them, or delete them. I have erased everything Covey
on my drive and they are still there. What do I do?

you could try this freeware tool "Public Fix Profile" to delete this "ghost
folders" in your Outlook profile:
http://www.publicshareware.com/outlook-public-fix-profile.html

or you create a new Outlook profile to delete this entries.
