File:\\\

This isn't really an Access question, but I thought maybe someone here might
be able to answer it.

I've seen File:\\ and File:\\\ prefixed to paths before, but I don't know
exactly what it does or how it should be used, and I can't seem to get a
search engine to search for "File:\\" instead of "File"

Any helpful hints or pointers?
