Filemaker Pro 7 and Word 2004

Word 2004 quits every time I try to merge a Filemaker Pro 7 record into a
Word merge document. There is no problem doing this with Filemaker Pro 6.
Does anyone know whether there is anything I can do to fix this? Thanks.

I don't think it's possible anyway. At least collaboration between Excel
and FM7 is now impossible. My understanding is that FM7 introduced some
drastic changes that Office doesn't support.

Hey Kenneth,

Corentin, is correct. FileMaker 7 has a brand new file format that is
incompatable with Office 2004 and eariler.

The best solution right now, would be to export the particular FileMaker
table you want to merge, to a compatable format.
